How to help a woman.

 Women are wonderfully made,they are designed in a  unique way. From childhood to adulthood, they undergo different stages that further bring out their unique nature. This is the work of God and,should be appreciated. 

With these unique features comes other natural characteristics that, though natural, can be stressful in this environment we leave in. So,how can you help a girl or woman? How can women and girls help each other to reduce the stress?

The followings are ways we can help each other as women or girls.

1. Errands - Going on errands for a girl/woman who is having menstrual pain can help a lot.  Doing same for a woman/lady who just gave birth too can be a grate relief. Doing the dishes, laundry, Cooking, and tidying up the environment for a female friend or Sister will help a lot. You can ask for permission to lend a helping hand. When we help each other as women, the natural issues we have, coupled with environmental stress can be reduced.

2. Luggage - Have you ever noticed a woman with a child on her back,guiding another child and still carrying more than one bag? You think it's easy because it seem so,right? Well,I have been there,and i am still there,it's not easy as it seem,is just that we have a destination,and we must get there.

So,as a woman/girl,when you see a situation like this,you can ask,Ma,can I help you out? I am going this way! If she refuses because these days we "trust no one",then,you have done your best. If she agrees, then,help her out. This will give her a great relief, and YOU will surely reap it one day.

3.Seat - This is not just a sign of respect alone,but of love and care. When you get off your seat for a woman just because there isn't an empty chair,you have helped a woman ease the stress of standing for long. As a younger woman/girl,be observant to be able to dictate when another is in need,after all,we are created "almost" the same. When you see a pregnant woman standing, a woman carrying a baby standing or an aged woman standing, you can help by giving your seat.

4. Job - Are you in a position to offer jobs to people as a woman/girl? Consider helping other women irrespective of their marital status. You can as well suggest what you think can make them work better for you and come into agreement on it. When you create something for a woman to do that can generate money for her in any way,you have helped a woman.

5.Education - Educate a girl/woman in any form and you have done something great. "Knowledge is power", "Knowledge is key",Knowledge is important. So,if you're in a position to send a girl or a woman to school,or to acquire any form of knowledge, please,do, This is an important aspect of helping a girl/woman. You can create ways for them too if you can't do it directly. Let them learn.

Women and girls can help each other achieve a lot if their is understanding, love unity and agreement. We know what it takes to be a woman, and doing things that lift us all up is helping ourselves in a stressful environment.
